How this site handles the details you give it, and what you can ask for.
Who is responsible

What is collected, and why
When you send a consultation enquiry, the answers you type are collected — typically your name, email address, phone number and a description of your project. They are used for one purpose only: to answer that enquiry and, if it goes further, to arrange the work. The lawful basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is collected for that, on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
When a page is requested, the server briefly records the origin of the request in order to limit automated abuse of the enquiry form. That record is kept as a one-way hash rather than as an address, and is deleted within a day. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in keeping the site usable.
Who else sees it
Enquiries are stored in a database hosted by Neon and are sent by email through Resend, both acting on instructions as processors. The site itself is hosted by Vercel, and uploaded images and video are stored with Cloudflare R2. No data is sold, and none is used for advertising or profiling.
How long it is kept
Consultation enquiries are deleted 24 months after they are received, or sooner on request. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Abuse-prevention records are deleted within a day.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its processing, or ask for it to be restricted or ported elsewhere. Write to the address in the footer and it will be dealt with. If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you may complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija).
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. A single cookie is set only if you sign in as the site's administrator, and it exists solely to keep that session.
